Developer & Publisher Agreement

Last Updated: September 2026 • Effective Date: September 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a developer account on adxiety.com, integrating the Adxiety Client SDK into a software application, or deploying our edge dynamic configuration endpoints, you ("Publisher" or "Developer") agree to be legally bound by these Developer Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not integrate the SDK or deploy Adxiety services.

2. Scope of Services & SDK License

[ad]xiety
provides participating developers with:

  • A lightweight, zero-permission, offline Android Client SDK (com.adxiety.client) to verify attention-backed application passes cryptographically on-device.
  • An edge-hosted dynamic configuration service to update pass parameters, lease durations, and sensory thresholds without requiring host binary releases.
  • A quarantined companion application sandbox that completely isolates third-party ad networks from host utilities.

We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to embed the Adxiety Client SDK into your applications. You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of your application source code, designs, and branding.

3. Turnkey Monetization & Commercial Settlement

Adxiety operates on a turnkey monetization model where we manage mediation, ad networks, and settlement on behalf of participating publishers:

Publisher of Record: [ad]xiety serves as the publisher of record for all rewarded video impressions delivered through the Companion Hub. We manage ad network registrations, header bidding mediation adapters (including AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, and Liftoff), and technical compliance.

Revenue Share & Net Receipts: Net advertising receipts (gross receipts collected from demand partners less applicable third-party platform mediation fees and invalid traffic or chargeback deductions) are disbursed according to the standard commercial revenue share rate specified in the Developer Dashboard for your account tier, or as mutually agreed in an executed written Custom Commercial Addendum.

Disbursement Schedule & Minimum Threshold: Earned publisher revenue shares are distributed within thirty (30) days following the close of each calendar month (NET-30) to the Publisher's registered payout destination (PayPal or electronic transfer). A minimum cumulative earnings threshold of $50.00 USD applies before a payout is issued. Balances below this threshold roll over into subsequent payment periods.

Custom Commercial Addenda: High-volume publishers, enterprise organizations, and multi-application suites may execute a separate written Commercial Addendum establishing bespoke revenue share schedules, custom reporting cadences, or dedicated mediation terms without altering the platform integrity or security provisions of these Terms.

Publishers are responsible for maintaining accurate payout destination details and complying with applicable local tax reporting requirements.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Abuse

To preserve network integrity and protect developer earnings, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to falsify, tamper with, or forge ECDSA P-256 cryptographic attention tokens or signatures.
  • Generate artificial, automated, simulated, or click-farmed rewarded video impressions.
  • Integrate the SDK into applications containing malware, spyware, deceptive behavior, or content that violates Google Play Developer Program Policies.
  • Circumvent or alter the platform's traffic routing or token verification mechanisms.

Violations will result in immediate suspension of edge dynamic configuration endpoints for the offending application package and forfeiture of accrued balances associated with fraudulent activity.

5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Adxiety platform, SDK, and edge APIs are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall Adxiety, its creators, or affiliates be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of ad revenue, service interruptions, or app store policy actions taken by third-party marketplace operators.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
